HOW DOES IT WORK?
The purpose of FestivalNeeds is for you as festival visitor to be able to take care of your camping affairs on time. Through our webshop you can order a packet of your choice. After your order is processed, you will receive an e-ticket with which you can retrieve your packet from our stand on the festival camping.
If you are visiting a festival which is not affiliated with FestivalNeeds, you can choose to receive the packet on your doorstep.
Did you order a packet but are you unable to attend? No problem. You can cancel your order untill 72 hours before the start of the festival.
