FestivalNeeds is a young, award winning enterprise in the festival world. With our service, we would like to offer more comfort to festival visitors when attending a festival with a camping. Our products are well suited for the festival experience and in our webshop you will find anything you need. As experienced festival visitors we try to suit our service as good as possible to the needs of the visitors. Besides, we find it important to treat our beautiful planet with respect and therefore we try to include as much eco-friendly products as possible.
FestivalNeeds strives to a better world. One of our solutions is the use of cradle-to-cradle products. Cradle-to-cradle (C2C) is the production method of the 21st century, whereby in the process of producing is accounted for the fact that the product will someday be obsolete. When that happens, the product can, for its smart design, be fully disassembled to its core matter for use in new product processes. This way, no waste remains. This is essentially different from that other green business, recycling. In the process of recycling, products are re-used, but because the products were not carefully produced, the cycle is finite. For example, plastic bottles are chemically polluted so that they cannot become bottles again. But, as is done, they can become flowerpots. After this second life they can end up as highway posts.
The C2C business is as of yet in its infancy, but it is an excellent concept for our enterprise. Therefore we are working to offer you as much C2C products as possible.
Aside from that, we value clean and green production processes. At this moment these ideals are not yet within reach, especially because this asks for a change in production processes which cannot happen over night. For toilet paper of course this is easy to realize, but for more complex products like tents or barbecues it takes time. As FestivalNeeds, we will urge producers to go this way, so the world will not have to suffer from our pleasure.
FestivalNeeds strives to a European exploitation of our concept. This means that we preferably provide our service on every event with a camping. In the coming years this will not be possible yet, but we are working hard to offer our service to visitors everywhere.
