WHAT WE OFFER

FestivalNeeds applies itself on several domains to corporate social responsiility. From our own experience we know how much waste a festival can produce and therefore we are in an ongoing search to cradle to cradle and ecofriendly products. Some of our products are already fully C2C, for other products we are always looking for producers willing to cooperate. For example, we are currently looking for and approaching producers to develop and produce a full C2C tent.

What we stand for and what we as a company have to offer is explained below. In all branches of our company we try to be as green and ecofriendly as possible. On some points this is still quite hard, but on other points it is only a small extra effort.

The services FestivalNeeds offers for the festival visitor are described below.

  • FestivalNeeds webshop: in this webshop visitors can choose a packet to their liking. This packet can be collected on the camping of cooperating festivals. This is done by means of an e-ticket. The packet can also be deliverd to any adress within the Netherlands and outside. It is possible to offer a specially composed packet for a certain festival. All in consultation with the organisation.
  • FOOD store: in consultation with the organisation we can provide a supermarket for the visitors. The assortment consists as much as possible of eco friendly products as well as fair trade products and biologically grown fruit.
  • NON FOOD store: in consultation with the organisation we can provide a camping store. This store is for on site sale of camping products that are also found in our webshop, with some possible expansion.

The services FestivalNeeds offers for the festival organizer are described below.

  • Recycle tent: FestivalNeeds will deploy a stand on the camping terrain where all visitors can turn in their tents if they do not want to take them home. In exchange the visitor receives an item unique to the festival or a coupon for a discount in our webshop. FestivalNeeds will take care for the recycling of the tents.
  • Promotion: for the organisation we offer the option of adding an item for promotional purposes to our packet. Also unique festival items can be added to the packet. This item can be chosen in consultation.

For a single festival a combination of any of these services can be made.
