FestivalNeeds distinguishes itself by offering a wide range of services which make the stay on a festival camping quite more comfortable. We offer, among others: fully equipped camp site store with camping gear, personal care and recreation items, air matress inflate service and phone recharge point. If you like, we can provide information to your visitors about whereabouts of EHBO, bars, shops, stages, etc. as well as handing out timetables. Camping store

In the FestivalNeeds camping store you can find anything you need to make your stay a success. We offer anything from sleep and shelter needs to personal care and recreation. From the camp site storen, we can provide the following other services:


  • Info stand

    In the infostand our employees are readily available to tell your visitors about the festival terrain, the stages, access wristband booth, toilets, showers, etc. We can also easily distribute timetables.


  • Inflator service

    With our inflator service, visitors can get their air mattress inflated automatically.


  • Hot-watter bottles

    FestivalNeeds offers hot-water bottles. After the purchase the visitor can get free refills for when it is cold again, also on other festivals where FestivalNeeds is present.


  • Camping Gear presale

    Our presale programme allows visitors to order and buy their camping gear beforehand and collect it at the camping site. This concept has proven itself abroad. All of the items we offer can have your logo printed on. In addition, we can add any specific festival items to our webshop. All of this offers some decent benefits:

  • shorter waiting lines for bag checks at the entrance
  • it will take less transportation to get everyone and anything on the festival
  • options for promotion for the festival as we can print a logo on our items
  • both the organizer and the visitor can compose a packet in our webshop

Camping catering

Our camping catering can provide a wide range of food and drinks for the visitors. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The lazy man’s solution

In cooperation with the festival we can offer visitors to arrive at a pitched tent. Not only is this very comfortable for the visitors, it also allows the organization to structure (a part of) the camping a bit better. Also, any tents and gear already on the camping will not have to be checked at the entrance.

Camping production

We are also capable of offering a full camping production. We will make sure that the visitor does not only have an awesome festival, but a great stay on the camping as well.
